Thanksgiving Feast
We had a Thanksgiving dinner of sorts on sunday. A dinner which only included food we had either grown or gathered. Our menu was:
One young rooster
Assorted fresh fried fish
Baked Pumpkin
Steamed Bok Choy
Roasted Eggplant
Kale Chips
Steamed Green Beans
A salad of assorted greens
